Legal hermeneutic as a scientific direction of jurisprudence

Abstract
The central question in legal hermeneutic is a which freedom is possible of the understanding the person of senses real and due. This question is the most importance in hermeneutic of law. From end of the XX-th century in the Russian jurisprudence there is a process of formation of a new, actively developing direction of jurisprudence to the tendency to formation integrative concepts of germeneuric’s law thinking.
